Re:generation is a daring, unflinching exhibition that explores generation cycles – those we embrace, and those we choose to break. We are all born into an inheritance, for better or worse.
Curated by Alisha Stokes, this multidisciplinary showcase brings together print, poetry, ceramics, film and mixed media to interrogate the narratives passed down through time. These artists boldly confront their histories, calling forth the narratives of their ancestors. Through their work, they disinter the creatures, myths, and heirlooms that linger in the shadows of their inheritance. This exhibition is a space where the personal meets the collective, where grief is acknowledged, and hope takes root. Re:generation is an open conversation, gathering fragments of memory, ritual and rebellion to weave a tapestry of truth. Join us in witnessing these cycles of burial and unearthing, loss and creation, burden and release.
Step into a space where regeneration is not just imagined but actively forged.
